Attend Orientation at Expedite SolutionsOnce approved by Expedite Solutions, drivers are invited to come to Indianapolis for a 3 day orientation. This is where you will meet us, see our facilities and be issued your truck. In addition, drivers fill out all necessary paperwork for work accident insurance, fuel cards, and our operating agreement that describes our expectations. Expedite Solutions will pay for your physical, drug screen and housing during this orientation. Drivers will need to pay for their transportation to Indianapolis and all road/living expenses until they get their first check (Minimum of 2 weeks). and the Motor
CarrierExpedite Solutions currently contracts with 2 major expedite carriers. Panther Expedited Services and Express 1. Drivers are assigned a motor carrier by Expedite Solutions based on several factors, equipment availability, driver’s desires, personality assessments. Both carriers will require drivers to be at their facility for 3 days where they will conduct all procedures required by DOT. During this time drivers will sleep in the truck provided by Expedite Solutions and will ready themselves for their first load. Immediately upon completion of the carriers orientation drivers are expected to go in service and remain in service for 3 to 4 weeks before taking time off. and deliver your first load in just
MoneyLease Purchase Team Drivers should earn an average of 1,100 dollars a week after all expenses except taxes. Lease Purchase Solo Drivers should earn an average of $700 dollars a week after all expenses except taxes. This means as a lease purchase operator, drivers will earn more money than a contract driver in addition to paying off their truck. These earnings will fluctuate from one week to the next but over a calendar year will average out. Lease Purchase Operators are obligated to complete the entire term of the lease. Late Model, Well Maintained EquipmentExpedite Solutions knows that when it comes to living in a truck over the road, drivers want as many creature comforts as possible. However, we also know that an operator wants to put cash in their pocket on a weekly basis. Our lease purchase programs attempt to match a driver with a truck, that enables the drivers to meet their cash flow needs while also having the amenities desired in their home away from home. This will often require lease purchase teams to operate used equipment instead of new equipment. Our average lease purchase truck has 500K miles and is about 4 years into its 10 year useful life. and Mandatory Maintenance
FundExpedite Solutions will make a weekly deduction from all earnings paid by the motor carrier. The percentage of this deduction will vary based on the age of the equipment purchased. The intent of the maintenance fund is to save money in the early years of the truck to be prepared for repairs during the last part of the lease. The maintenance fund also eliminates the need for drivers to have cash available to pay for repairs. Expedite Solutions will pay for repairs and then charge the operators fund.
